About the Role

As a Business Development Executive at RA Services, you will be responsible for executing key business growth initiatives and contributing to client acquisition efforts. Your role involves managing the end-to-end business development process, which includes:


  • Conducting market research and industry analysis to identify opportunities.

  • Generating and qualifying leads through outbound and inbound strategies.

  • Preparing and delivering compelling business proposals to potential clients.

  • Building and nurturing relationships with prospects, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to strategise and implement solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Utilising CRM tools for tracking client interactions and ensuring timely follow-ups.

  • Staying updated on industry trends to identify innovative approaches for business growth.

Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


Skills:

  • Basic understanding of business development principles.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, or CRM platforms (preferred but not mandatory).

  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.


Experience:

  • No prior experience required; freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Relevant internships or projects in business development are a plus.

Other Job Details

Work Schedule: 6-day workweek, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.


Training:

  • Mandatory 2-month offline training program to ensure readiness for the role.

  • Training includes hands-on exposure to business development tools, techniques, and strategies.
