Refund Policy

• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 10% of the course material has been accessed.

• To be eligible for a refund, we require you to apply for refund using the email id that you have purchased the course with.

 

Refund Process

 

• Once your refund request is received and verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
